Our approach
We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA for this website. This is our technical accessibility goal, not a certification that every page or feature fully conforms. Accessibility is ongoing as content and features change.
Our work includes keyboard navigation, visible focus indicators, form labels, readable contrast, meaningful image descriptions, responsive layouts and support for reduced-motion and high-contrast system preferences. You can use your browser’s zoom and text settings without installing an accessibility widget. Most browsers support Ctrl + plus or minus on Windows, or Command + plus or minus on Mac.
Get help or report a barrier
If a page, form, calculator or application link is difficult to use, please contact us directly. You do not need to complete a website form or agree to marketing emails to request accessibility assistance.
- Jason Andrew O’Hanlon: jandrew@imslending.com or (530) 370-0807.
- Steven Hatcher: steven.m.hatcher@gmail.com or (530) 518-3192.
Please tell us the page address, the task you were trying to complete, what went wrong, and your preferred way for us to respond. Browser or assistive-technology details can help if you choose to provide them. Please do not email Social Security numbers, financial documents, passwords or medical information. We will review the issue and work with you on an accessible way to obtain information or assistance.
Our office
IMS Lending – Chico1074 East Ave, Suite G
Chico, CA 95926
Contact us before your visit if you need an accommodation or have questions about access to the office. Website accessibility work does not certify the physical premises.
External services and content
Full mortgage applications are hosted by ARIVE on a separate website. Google reviews and other external links also lead to services with their own interfaces. We do not claim to have audited or certified those services. If you encounter a barrier, contact our team so we can help coordinate assistance through an appropriate secure channel.
Keeping content accessible
We review the website as we update it. Some existing or newly published content may still have barriers. Automated checks alone cannot establish full conformance; manual keyboard, screen-reader and user testing are also needed. We welcome reports that help us identify and correct problems.
